About the company

Sol is building an AI-native core HR platform designed to replace traditional HRIS systems for growing enterprises. The system acts as an agentic, self-maintaining HR foundation that answers user questions directly and provides context-rich insights to help leaders make decisions, reducing the need for support tickets and external consultants. Its approach, led by HR technology veterans, focuses on minimizing maintenance overhead and delivering implementation as a core product capability rather than a separate service. The goal is to become the live intelligent backbone for workforce management, offering a dynamic, adaptable foundation for managing a changing workforce.
