About the job

Requirements
  • At least 6 years in enterprise customer success, strategic account management, or a comparable role owning complex, high-value relationships.
  • A proven track record managing strategic enterprise accounts with multiple stakeholders and workstreams.
  • Experience running complex implementations or launches, with strong project and stakeholder management skills.
  • Financial fluency to build a business case, connect product adoption to financial outcomes, and lead executive conversations in commercial rather than product terms; a finance background is not required.
  • Ability to quantify and communicate value realization to senior stakeholders.
  • Technical credibility in conversations about integrations and workflow architecture, without needing to perform the technical configuration.
  • Strong commercial ownership, with a track record against gross transaction value, attach, retention, or forecast-accuracy targets.
  • Extreme ownership, treating accounts as one's own business, taking full responsibility for outcomes, and not waiting for others to solve customer problems.
  • A bias for problem-solving, finding a way through broken, blocked, or undefined situations rather than escalating and waiting; resourcefulness in ambiguity and comfort building the path as needed.
  • Skill in building long-term account plans and running a business review cadence from Monthly Business Reviews through Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews.
Responsibilities
  • Take ownership of the customer relationship at close and ensure a seamless transition from Sales.
  • Build a Mutual Action Plan and structured adoption plan with each new customer, aligning stakeholders on outcomes and milestones from day one.
  • Drive deep adoption across relevant teams and spend categories, and ensure complete accounting and systems integration so the platform becomes indispensable.
  • Establish a governance rhythm suited to account maturity, using Monthly Business Reviews during activation and ramp, then Quarterly Business Reviews and Executive Business Reviews as the relationship stabilizes.
  • Build and deepen executive relationships across finance, operations, and the C-suite, framing the platform's impact in the customer's commercial terms.
  • Own the value-realization story for each account, quantify delivered impact, and use it to anchor renewals and justify expansion.
  • Run continuous discovery throughout the customer lifecycle to identify evolving needs, new opportunities, and risks early.
  • Grow each account by deepening adoption and cross-selling core products where they solve customer problems.
  • Identify and pursue expansion across departments, categories, and use cases, using commercial judgment to assess account readiness.
  • Own retention and renewals end to end, carry a net revenue retention target, and lead the commercial conversation.
  • Represent the customer within the company by turning account insight into structured feedback that shapes the product roadmap.
Desired Qualifications
  • A fintech, SaaS, or payments background is preferred.
  • Experience working with the Office of the CFO is an advantage.
  • UAE market experience is strongly preferred, including understanding how enterprise organizations in the Gulf make financial decisions.
