  • A bachelor's degree in Analytics, Data Science, Statistics, Computer Science, Healthcare Administration, Actuarial Science, or a related field is required.
  • At least 5 years of experience in healthcare analytics, business intelligence, medical economics, data engineering, or a related analytical role is required.
  • Advanced experience with Power BI, including dashboard development, data modeling, DAX, and performance optimization, is required.
  • Hands-on experience designing, querying, and optimizing data solutions within Snowflake, Databricks, or similar cloud-based analytics platforms is required.
  • Advanced SQL experience with large-scale healthcare data warehouses, including claims, eligibility, provider, and clinical datasets, is required.
  • Strong data engineering experience designing and maintaining data pipelines, semantic models, and analytical datasets is required.
  • Experience with APIs, JSON/XML data structures, OAuth, API keys, and integrating third-party healthcare, operational, and business systems into analytics and reporting environments is required.
  • Experience developing operational metrics, key performance indicators, scorecards, and executive reporting solutions is required.
  • The candidate must be able to translate complex analytical findings into actionable business insights and recommendations.
  • Experience with healthcare claims and healthcare operational data is required.
  • A strong understanding of value-based care, healthcare quality metrics, utilization management, and risk adjustment concepts is required.
  • Experience leveraging artificial intelligence, machine learning, or generative artificial intelligence to improve analytics, reporting, automation, or operational decision-making is required.
  • The candidate must communicate and present effectively to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the development, governance, and optimization of enterprise reporting and analytics solutions.
  • Establish reporting standards, key performance indicator definitions, metric governance, and dashboard best practices.
  • Develop executive-level reporting and scalable self-service analytics capabilities.
  • Design, develop, and maintain Power BI dashboards, semantic models, data pipelines, and reporting infrastructure.
  • Build and optimize scalable data models, SQL transformations, and analytical datasets for enterprise reporting and operational decision-making.
  • Develop, integrate, and maintain data connections through APIs, healthcare data exchange platforms, and third-party applications for scalable data ingestion, automation, and reporting solutions.
  • Ensure data quality, performance, accessibility, and consistency across reporting environments.
  • Apply best practices in data engineering, data architecture, governance, and analytics development.
  • Develop operational metrics and key performance indicators that measure organizational performance and support strategic goals.
  • Deliver actionable insights identifying trends, opportunities, risks, and areas requiring intervention.
  • Translate complex healthcare data into recommendations that drive operational improvement and business outcomes.
  • Evaluate and adopt artificial-intelligence-enabled analytics, automation, and emerging technologies.
  • Identify opportunities to improve reporting efficiency, insight generation, forecasting, and decision support through advanced analytics and artificial intelligence solutions.
  • Champion innovation and modern analytics practices across the organization.
  • Serve as a strategic analytics partner to Medical Economics, Clinical Operations, Finance, and Executive Leadership.
  • Present analytical findings and recommendations to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Foster data-driven decision-making, innovation, and continuous improvement.

The announcement coincides with Dr. Williams being named the inaugural recipient of CVAUSA's "Luminaries in Cardiology" Award, presented at the organization's Medical Leadership Board meeting in Orlando on March 14, 2026.
