Responsibilities
  • Brand Strategy & Digital Intern: Supervised by the Marketing Strategy Mangers, conduct a competitive audit analyzing the competitive landscape at and around Tarkett Commercial’s largest annual event, Fulton Market Design Days
  • Brand Strategy & Digital Intern: Supervised by the Director, Marketing Strategy, assist in the oversight and completion of the “Power of a Bond” campaign launching in September
  • Brand Strategy & Digital Intern: Supervised by our Digital Director, finish the creation of AI personas and load into Strategical, our AI Persona Worklab
  • Brand Strategy & Digital Intern: Supervised by our Marketing Strategy Manager, assist in enabling live and virtual Johnsonite Wall Base training channel engagements
  • Web: Working with strategy and digital teams, audit Johnsonite pages on Tarkett.com, especially millwork pages vs. established competitive set to share optimization opportunities
  • Web: Conduct commercial website CMS updates working with the digital team
  • Web: Working with the Director, Digital, conduct an AEO Audit for specifier intent
  • Web: Provide AI application support working with Digital team
  • Web: Audit top distributor website set to determine if brand content/container can be published
  • Web: Working with Samples Manager and Director, Marketing Strategy explore channel feedback on POP merchandiser prototype

Tarkett Increases Buy-Out Offer to €17

Tarkett Participation has increased its public buy-out offer for Tarkett shares from €16 to €17 per share, representing a premium of 40.6% and 46.1% over the 20 and 60-day average share prices, respectively, and a 25.5% premium over the last closing price before the offer on February 20, 2025. The Supervisory Board and an independent expert have endorsed the offer as fair, recommending shareholders tender their shares. The offer is subject to AMF review.
