Lovingly provides online gift-giving and point-of-sale software for florists. It acts as a technology partner for local flower shops, enabling them to build and grow their online presence with tools to create a website, process orders, and market their business, while Lovingly handles the tech side. The company earns revenue only when a partner florist makes a sale, with no platform or monthly fees, which aligns Lovingly’s incentives with its partners to drive more orders. The platform has added AI-powered features to help florists respond to customer reviews, generate product descriptions, and analyze business trends. Compared with larger corporate services, Lovingly focuses on supporting independent florists and providing a specialized, revenue-based model that helps small shops compete online. The goal is to help local florists grow online, streamline operations, and increase orders by delivering tailored technology and marketing support.
