Harris Health System is a public, integrated health system that provides high-quality, person-centered care to its communities and coordinates services across the care continuum with community and academic partners. It uses a unified model called One Harris Health to bridge departments and roles, enabling coordinated, accessible care delivered through collaboration, technology, and partnerships. The system relies on a strategic technology plan to improve health outcomes, patient safety, efficiency, access, and workforce resilience, and it commits to enterprise risk management and ongoing innovation. Its distinct approach includes strong internal and external collaboration, commitment to local businesses, and a focus on community health outcomes rather than siloed services. The goal is to create healthier communities by delivering coordinated care, leveraging technology, and partnering with providers, schools, researchers, and community organizations to improve health across the region.
