Responsibilities
  • Partner deeply with leadership to design and deliver hiring strategies that meet business needs while also attracting and retaining world-class talent at scale, across all our geographies.
  • Lead full-cycle recruiting for roles, ensuring a seamless, values-aligned candidate experience from outreach to offer.
  • Develop a deep understanding of roles for both Acorns and GoHenry.
  • Relentlessly source and build pipelines of uniquely talented, diverse candidates using creative and targeted outreach strategies.
  • Evaluate and enhance technical recruiting operations, including interview structure, candidate evaluation tools, and technical interview bank to drive strong hiring decisions
  • Serve as a thought partner to leadership by connecting recruiting insights to broader business outcomes.
  • Mentor and guide team members, helping to raise the bar for hiring across the organization.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with HR and hiring teams to build a strong employer brand and create scalable hiring programs.

Acorns has partnered with april Tax Solutions to offer free federal and state tax filing for all Acorns Gold customers. The service eliminates the approximately $60 filing fee many Americans face and includes automatic prefilling of Acorns tax documents and access to in-app tax expert support. Customers can automatically invest their tax refunds through the platform. According to the IRS, the average American receives about $3,000 in tax refunds annually, which could compound to $842,000 over 40 years at an assumed 8% annual return if invested rather than spent. The benefit adds to Acorns Gold's services, which the company says delivers $921 in average annual value. Acorns has served over 14 million people since 2014, helping customers save and invest over $30 billion.

Acorns Early has launched its financial education curriculum, Money Missions, for free on YouTube, making it accessible to all American families. The programme comprises over 80 videos covering 110 lessons across three levels for ages 6–18. Developed in partnership with the National Standards for Personal Financial Education, the curriculum transforms complex money concepts into animated videos. Topics range from basic money understanding to saving, investing and compounding.
