About the company

Integrity Marketing Group builds and supports a large network of life and health insurance agents and agencies by acquiring or partnering with independent marketing organizations (IMOs) across the United States. It distributes a wide range of life and health insurance products, plus retirement solutions, with a focus on serving the senior market. Its core product is a proprietary platform that provides marketing support, data analytics, and technology tools to help its partner network operate more efficiently and grow sales. Revenue comes mainly from commissions on policies sold through its network. Compared with competitors, Integrity combines a scalable agent-network model with an integrated technology and marketing platform, allowing partners to access resources, analytics, and support at scale. The company’s goal is to help its partners expand their business, increase sales to the expanding senior population, and grow its footprint through strategic partnerships and acquisitions.
