  • At least three years of work experience in hospital quality, process improvement, regulatory compliance, or another relevant healthcare field.
  • Current licensure in Missouri as an occupational therapist, physical therapist, speech therapist, or registered nurse.
Responsibilities
  • Develop, implement, and lead organizational initiatives based on high reliability, patient safety, quality improvement, accreditation continuous readiness, and regulatory compliance principles.
  • Facilitate the physician peer review process to monitor and improve clinical outcomes.
  • Support hospital teams and committees by serving as a facilitator and internal subject matter expert.
  • Promote teamwork among all members of the healthcare team.
  • Perform all duties in a manner consistent with St. Luke’s mission and values.
