CMM Business Systems Analyst

• • Serve as the primary functional/technical bridge between CSP business operations and the systems supporting those operations.
  • Analyze CBM/CMM configuration, gather and document requirements, develop use cases, support SCRs, assess impacts of process changes and recommend system/configuration changes.
  • Coordinate releases with OCIO and technical personnel.
  • Support testing, implementation and transition to successor systems.

• • 5–8+ years in business/systems analysis, financial systems, application support or configuration management.
  • Bachelor's degree required in information systems, IT, computer science, business, finance or related field; equivalent relevant experience.
  • Business and system requirements/
  • Requirements analysis and documentation.
  • Use cases/user stories.
  • Business process and workflow analysis.
  • System configuration analysis.
  • System Change Requests.
  • Functional testing/UAT support.
  • Change and release management.
  • JIRA or comparable issue/change-management platform.
  • Ability to communicate between business users and technical teams.

• • CMM and/or FileOnQ experience is highly preferred, but not required.
  • Federal financial-management systems.
  • Cost-management/billing applications.
  • Activity-based costing or cost allocation.
  • OCIO change/release processes.
  • SharePoint.
  • SQL/data analysis.

• Candidates must be local to the Washington, DC metropolitan area and prepared to work onsite as needed based on business requirements.
• U.S. citizenship is required for this position.
• This position is contingent upon contract award.
