Responsibilities

  • Manage the company's social media channels
  • Contribute to content creation efforts by writing blog posts, case studies, whitepapers, email newsletters, and other marketing collateral
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to create multimedia content like customer and product videos, webinars, podcasts, and more
  • Establish a strong presence on key third-party platforms
  • Conduct market research to identify industry trends and competitor activities
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitive landscape to inform communication & content strategies
  • Manage internal and external stakeholders to ensure timely delivery against deadlines and project milestones
  • Identify opportunities to showcase internal thought leadership through social media initiatives
  • Proactively seek opportunities to innovate and elevate the brand's presence
