Founded by clinicians and AI researchers, Pharos enables hospitals to submit data to quality registries efficiently whilst freeing clinical staff from administrative tasks. The founding team includes CEO Felix Brann, formerly VP of Data Science at Vital, CTO Matthew Jones from M2X, and Dr Alex Clarke, who holds a PhD from Imperial College London.

Pharos raised $8 million in a seed round co-led by Lightspeed Faction and Hack VC, aiming to enhance its blockchain protocol and develop Web3 infrastructure. Northflank secured $22.3 million, with Bain Capital Ventures leading a $16 million Series A.
