Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree is required, preferably in Marketing, Business, Economics, Social Sciences, Psychology, Statistics, or a related field.
  • At least 3 years of experience in market research, including management of multiple end-to-end research projects.
  • Strong analytical skills, including proficiency in statistical analysis and data visualization across quantitative methodologies such as Segmentation, Brand/Advertising Tracking, UX/CX, Journey, and other custom methodologies.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to convey complex insights to diverse audiences.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in cross-functional teams and manage relationships with external vendors.
  • Proficiency in market research software and tools and Microsoft/Google Suites.
  • Adaptability to new methodologies and technologies in the market.
Responsibilities
  • Manage and, in some cases, lead multiple research and insights engagements simultaneously.
  • Act as a thought partner to junior- to mid-level clients by educating them throughout the process, framing insights as actionable recommendations, and building lasting relationships.
  • Develop questionnaires, including creating content from scratch.
  • Manage internal and external project members through data collection, field management, data processing, analysis, and reporting.
  • Collaborate with internal cross-functional teams to execute high-quality work.
  • Translate data into learnings and tell visual stories through data and comprehensive narratives that frame impactful and strategic recommendations.
  • Establish, support, and build relationships with junior- to mid-level Insights and Marketing client stakeholders.
  • Mentor, coach, and delegate appropriate work to Associates and Senior Associates based in the United States and India, while sharing responsibility for their growth and development.
