Requirements
  • A bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field is required.
  • At least 10 years of experience in financial planning, analysis, or business finance, including a proven track record in FP&A leadership roles, is required.
  • Experience in a fast-paced, dynamic environment is required.
  • Experience with lender and investor reporting, including credit agreement compliance, covenant tracking, or board-level financial reporting, is required.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modeling skills are required.
  • Deep fluency in generally accepted accounting principles financial statements, including profit and loss, balance sheet, and cash flow, and in non-GAAP or adjusted metrics common in private-equity-owned businesses is required.
  • The role requires analytical, financial modeling, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities.
  • The role requires executive presence and the ability to influence senior stakeholders.
  • The role requires the ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights.
  • The role requires the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities
  • Lead the preparation and management of the annual budgeting process in alignment with strategic objectives.
  • Oversee monthly, quarterly, and annual financial forecasting and adjust forecasts based on business changes or external factors.
  • Develop and maintain detailed financial models for revenue, expenses, capital expenditures, and cash flow forecasting.
  • Provide actionable insights through variance analysis, identify key drivers of financial performance, and recommend improvements.
  • Prepare and deliver monthly management reporting packages, board materials, and lender and investor reporting.
  • Assess and report on financial trends, metrics, and key performance indicators to support business decisions.
  • Serve as the primary finance partner to commercial, operations, and technology leaders.
  • Collaborate with operational teams to track and evaluate business performance against budgets and forecasts.
  • Provide financial guidance to non-finance stakeholders supporting strategic initiatives.
  • Support pricing strategy, cost optimization, and investment prioritization initiatives.
  • Drive the evolution of the FP&A function, including systems, data infrastructure, and reporting architecture, to support a scalable finance organization.
  • Lead and mentor the FP&A team by providing guidance and development opportunities.
  • Foster continuous improvement, collaboration, and accountability within the FP&A team.
  • Partner with the CFO to assess and build FP&A team capacity, including structure, talent, and tooling, as the company scales.
  • Support strategic initiatives, mergers and acquisitions evaluation, and corporate development activities with financial modeling and diligence support.
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience with enterprise FP&A platforms is strongly preferred.
  • Experience in the services or technology sector is preferred.
  • Experience in a high-growth, private-equity-backed, or public company environment is strongly preferred.
  • Experience supporting executive leadership and board-level discussions is preferred.
