An interdisciplinary team builds each member an individualized plan covering physician and nursing care, personal care, pharmacy, therapy, transportation, nutrition counseling, and social services. What sets SeniorLIFE apart is its all-in-one model, pairing 24/7 coverage with wellness centers for coordinated medical and social support. The goal is to help seniors age safely and independently.
