Who are we looking for?

We’re seeking a Project Manager – Enterprise Applications Planning & Solutions to scope, document, and manage projects within the Enterprise Applications portfolio. You’ll lead projects through their lifecycle, working across technical and business teams to drive successful outcomes.

In this dynamic role you will:

• Hold primary responsibility for the delivery of concurrent projects.
• Liaise with enterprise stakeholders, IS technical contributors, and Business Analysts to establish project scope.
• Document project scope in a way that enables consultation and approval.
• Establish and manage the internal governance pathway for each project based on its scope and impact.
• Work directly with Business Analysts, Development Team, Platform Team, and other IS teams to deliver projects.
• Prepare materials to support project release into the enterprise.
• Ensure smooth transition to BAU by collaborating with ISHELP, development, and communication teams.
• Proactively manage each project to drive positive outcomes.
• Manage projects in accordance with the agreed IS PMO framework.
• Provide regular updates to the Project Sponsor and other stakeholders as per governance requirements.

What you will bring to the team:

• Confidence in initiating and sustaining communications with a range of enterprise stakeholders.
• Advanced written communication skills, with the ability to translate complex information into clear reports and correspondence for both technical and non-technical audiences.
• Ability to manage diverse situations, multiple projects, and shifting priorities.
• Strong project management capabilities including progress tracking, financial management, vendor coordination, reporting, and risk management.
• Analytical, problem-solving, and troubleshooting skills.
• A proactive mindset focused on driving outcomes.
• Knowledge of Microsoft collaborative applications.
• Understanding of development principles and frameworks.
• Appreciation of architectural value in relation to project outcomes.
• Experience working in or leading large transformation initiatives.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or equivalent experience aligned with key skills and competencies.
• Certification in one or more project management methodologies (highly desirable).
• Minimum 7 years’ experience in a comparable role.
• Experience in large corporate environments or relevant industry background preferred.
