Responsibilities
  • Lead a team of two to prepare reconciliations across a wide range of order to revenue processes and analyse and take corrective action on the exceptions
  • Providing a read out to the accounting team on the monthly results, KPI’s and updates on issues arising and remediation implemented
  • Analyze issues and trends and make recommendations for the resolution of system and process deficiencies
  • Collaborate to derive new processes to accommodate business expansion
  • Support maintenance of BI reporting
  • Provide accurate and timely reconciliation information to support internal and external audits
  • Validating transactions to ensure compliance with policy and procedure
  • Ensure customers billing is accurate and in line with their contract, including pricing
  • Supporting customer price lists and accurate billing quantities
