Requirements
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales and partnership management roles
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data and translate it into actionable strategies
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Proficient with Salesforce and data analytics tools such as Tableau and PowerBI

Responsibilities
  • Assist in developing and supporting the coordination and implementation of strategic plans for the CL team and ensuring that all activities are aligned with the overarching Annual Operating Plan of the CL team and Assurant APAC as a whole
  • Provide support to the Head of Connected Living when they are unavailable to attend internal or external stakeholder meetings by attending, taking minutes if required, noting follow up action items, and be responsible for the management of calendar of events
  • Facilitate communication and project coordination across different departments, including sales, marketing, product development, and IT teams, to ensure cohesive efforts towards achieving business objectives
  • Establish a system for regular monitoring, evaluation, and reporting on the progress of goals presenting data to assist the Head of Connected Living in decision-making and adjustments to strategies as necessary
