- Install and remove artificial turf materials according to manufacturer's specifications, blueprints, and job specifications.
- Use machinery including laymore machines, spreaders, rollers, blowers, and skid steers to complete projects professionally, timely, and cleanly.
- Maintain positive working relationships with other crew members and learn turf installation practices.
- Help management maintain best practices for a safe and rewarding work environment.
- Achieve and maintain project goals set by project managers and the executive team.
- Maintain confidentiality on matters pertaining to Shaw Industries.
