Position Summary:
Responsible for analyzing JSSI’s online presence and digital marketing performance, as well as proposing actionable strategies to improve and maximize ROI, inspiring data-driven decisions. This role works directly with the marketing organization on shaping such strategies, driving and optimizing lead generation activity through various marketing campaigns. The Digital Marketing Analyst will also work in close partnership with business development teams across JSSI to plan, execute, and optimize digital marketing strategies by brand and product line – responsible to report on performance to the marketing team, sales teams, and executive team.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Planning and Execution:
- Plan and optimize digital marketing campaigns across multiple channels such as website SEO/SEM, email, social media, and other digital advertising.
- Collaborate with internal teams and vendors to launch new campaigns on time and within budget.
- Lead Management:
- Develop and maintain a database of leads and prospects.
- Qualify and assign leads to various sales teams.
- Analyze and report on lead generation metrics.
- Stay informed on marketing/data regulations and their impact on JSSI lead generation activities.
- Analytics and Optimization:
- Develop ROI and KPI targets in close collaboration with marketing leadership.
- Collect and analyze campaign performance data, including click-through rate (CTR), conversion rates, cost per acquisition (CPA), and return on ad spend (ROAS).
- Continuously monitor and improve search term mapping, ad relevance, expected CTR, and landing page experience through A/B testing. Conduct experiments and conversion tests.
- Provide regular reporting on ROI analysis, campaign tracking, web stats, competitive analysis, and performance insights; and create/manage dashboards to evaluate projects and performance.
- Develop recommendations for growth and improvements; identifying trends, insights, and generate new ideas to optimize spend and performance. Identify automation opportunities to increase efficiency within team processes.
- Brand Interactions and Communication Flows to Support Lead Generation:
- Collaborate on landing page creation and optimization by focusing on user experience across all brand interactions (website & products), identifying improvement opportunities to drive quality leads for the business.
- Track prospect behavior and develop communication flows/triggers.
- Qualify and manage leads.
- Technical Skills:
- Proficiency in Google Analytics, Google Advertising (PPC), SEO, and SEM.
- Strong experience with data analytics and decision making, and lead management utilizing Salesforce (ideal candidate also has experience with HubSpot).
- Monitor and manage third-party media analytics such as social media reporting.
Desired Credentials:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Statistics, Economics or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in digital marketing and/or analytics.
- Strong understanding of current digital marketing concepts, strategy, and best practices.
- Experience building flows, lead processes, and developing requirements within CRM software (Salesforce/HubSpot and connected marketing tools/modules)
- Demonstrated experience with Google Analytics, Tag Manager, Marketing Cloud, Pardot and Ads.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and projects in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations.
