Requirements
  • Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Information Systems, or similar disciplines.
  • 1-3+ years of related work experience involving Finance, Business Intelligence, Operations and/or reporting within a SaaS and preferably a contact center company.
  • Financial Force/Certinia PSA experience
  • Experience with process improvement methodologies such as ISO, Lean, Six Sigma.
  • Standardizing processes and communicating process updates
  • Proficient in Flow Diagramming tools, building out standardized processes, and communicating best practices
  • Comfortable operating independently and delivering on commitments in ambiguous, fast-changing environments.
  • Basic knowledge of one or more end-to-end systems development life cycles (i.e., waterfall, iterative and other modern approaches to software development) and conversion methodologies
Responsibilities
  • Drive the Revenue Forecasting process while continuously improving our accuracy and predictability.
  • Drive revenue execution through thorough review of reporting, finding revenue opportunities, and holding internal business partners accountable to their targets.
  • Manage and improve financial models and reporting based on Sales Pipeline and Revenue Backlog
  • Provide invaluable insights to business leaders by scoping and building dashboards using various platforms like DOMO, Salesforce, and Excel.
  • Perform project costing, ROI analysis and benefit analyses of business processes, systems, and workflows to identify inefficiencies and areas for improvement.
  • Manage month end accrual preparation in partnership with our accounting team.
  • Continuously improve processes to create efficiencies across the organization.
  • Coordinate with cross-organizational stakeholders to ensure that the business requirements are accurately captured, understood, and translated into functional specifications.
  • Provide invaluable insights to business leaders by scoping and building dashboards using various platforms like DOMO, Salesforce, and Excel.
  • Participate in system integrations, data management, and upgrades/integrations of ERP systems.
