Bilingual Sales Manager
About the job
- A bachelor's degree or related work experience.
- At least 5 years of sales experience, including 3 to 5 years in a leadership role.
- Strong communication and organizational skills.
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and meet deadlines in a timely manner.
- Achieve the sales budget for the assigned region.
- Grow sales through new business and accounts.
- Direct, coach, and develop sales representatives within the assigned region.
- Collaborate with logistics and supply chain teams to optimize distribution in the area.
- Monitor and ensure merchandising standards are maintained in the assigned area.
- Assist the President and Human Resources Manager with performance goals, professional development plans, succession planning, and the yearly appraisal process.
- Support representatives with escalated customer issues and act as a liaison between representatives and senior management.
- Work with the President and Human Resources Manager to assess headcount needs and assist with recruiting and hiring viable candidates.
- Maintain positive customer satisfaction metrics within the assigned region.
- Bilingual ability.
