Requirements
  • A valid Florida Class D Security License is required.
  • Fluency in English and Spanish, including strong verbal and written communication skills, is required.
  • Prior supervisory experience in security, public safety, or military operations is required.
  • Must be based in or accessible to Kendall, Florida, and have a valid Florida driver's license and reliable transportation.
  • Must be proficient with smartphones, computers, and digital reporting software.
  • Must have decision-making, conflict-resolution, and customer-service abilities.
  • Must have flexible availability for shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as operational needs arise.
Responsibilities
  • Supervise daily on-site security operations, guide security officers, and enforce company policies and post orders.
  • Conduct routine patrols, inspect facilities, monitor access points, and oversee surveillance systems.
  • Act as the primary on-site responder for alarms, security incidents, and emergencies.
  • Review and submit detailed daily activity logs, incident reports, and maintenance requests using digital reporting tools.
  • Coordinate preventive maintenance and equipment checks for site security hardware.
  • Serve as the direct point of contact for client representatives, visitors, and staff to maintain working relationships.
  • Assist with traffic control, access management, and team scheduling adjustments as needed.
