Requirements
  • 6+ years of product management or related professional experience
  • Experience in the Payments industry with extensive domain knowledge in Risk Management
  • Proven track record in getting stuff done and enabling teams to ship products that deliver substantial value with simple & intuitive customer experience
  • Direct product management experience over payment risk
  • Experience in working at matrixed organizations with strong cross-functional collaboration
  • Experience in vision and planning setting, OKRs, setting KPIs, frameworks and roadmap development
  • Exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
  • Experience in agile methodologies and its best practices
  • Understanding of other types of risk in B2B Payments (Credit/Payments)
  • Familiarity with the payments systems, ACH rails, etc.
  • BS or University degree, MBA a plus but not required
Responsibilities
  • Leading the building of part of the enterprise-wide Risk Platform
  • Managing part of the Risk platform services that balances customer experience, business growth & compliance/fraud risk
  • Managing services including Payment Validation service, Pre-Auth Eligibility service, Post- Auth Decision service, Profile Change service, Credit Decision service, and more
