We are looking for a strategic & experienced platform product manager who will be responsible for leading the building of part of the enterprise-wide Risk Platform. As a member of the product team, you will be responsible for managing part of the Risk platform services that balances customer experience, business growth & compliance/fraud risk. These services include Payment Validation service, Pre-Auth Eligibility service, Post- Auth Decision service, Profile Change service, Credit Decision service and many more…..

We’d love to chat if you have:

6+ years of product management or related professional experience
Experience in the Payments industry with extensive domain knowledge in Risk Management
Proven track record in getting stuff done and enabling teams to ship products that deliver substantial value with simple & intuitive customer experience
Direct product management experience over payment risk
Experience in working at matrixed organizations with strong cross-functional collaboration
Experience in vision and planning setting, OKRs, setting KPIs, frameworks and roadmap development
Exceptional at developing and nurturing relationships with key internal & external stakeholders
Experience in agile methodologies and its best practices
Understanding of other types of risk in B2B Payments (Credit/Payments)
Familiarity with the payments systems, ACH rails, etc. a plus
BS or University degree, MBA a plus but not required

Our ranges for each role and job level are based on a variety of factors including candidate experience, expertise, and geographic location and may vary from the amounts listed below. The role is also eligible for a competitive benefits package that includes: medical, dental, vision, life and disability insurance, 401(k) retirement plan, flexible spending & health savings account, paid holidays, paid time off, and other company benefits. Zone 1- San Francisco Bay Area CA (includes HQ), New York City, Seattle

$131,600—$157,900 USD

Zone 2- CA (Non San Francisco Bay Area), Austin TX, Massachusetts

$118,400—$142,100 USD

Zone 3 -Utah (includes Utah office), Houston TX (office), Florida, North Carolina

$111,800—$134,200 USD
