Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience
  • 4-6 years overall experience, with at least 3 years in digital and/or programmatic advertising
  • Proven track record of revenue management and growth
  • Strong experience in account management/client services roles managing relationships and strategy
  • Experience working with TTD, DV360, Amazon is a plus
  • Experience of working with cross-functional teams and building relationships across internal teams
  • Proficiency in analytical tools like Microsoft Excel and Power BI and standard business software, including Salesforce, JIRA, Microsoft PowerPoint is required
  • Ability to analyse data and identify insights to assess campaign performance and provide recommendations
  • Ability to handle multiple clients & campaigns daily; strong time management and organizational skills
  • Must be willing to work with global teams across time zones and plan work accordingly
Responsibilities
  • Directly responsible for managing and growing strong client relationships
  • Drive end to end solution management for campaigns
  • Be responsible for advertiser/agency RFPs
  • Lead campaign analysis and review
  • Co-own account long-term strategy with sales team
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams
  • Work with the technical account management team and Ops team
  • Collect marketplace feedback and insights to guide our strategy and offerings
