  • Graduate from an accredited school of nursing and hold a nursing license in the state of Georgia.
  • Have four years of nursing experience, including a minimum of two years in the area of specialty.
  • Hold American Heart Association Basic Life Support certification.
  • Hold international certification in childbirth education or certification from the International Board of Lactation Consultant Examiners; if not certified in childbirth education, obtain International Certification in Childbirth Education within six months.
  • Hold a S.N. degree.
  • Have five years of experience as a registered nurse, including at least two years of adult or community education experience.
  • Hold Certified Diabetes Educator certification.
  • Hold a B.S.N. degree.
  • Have five years of experience as a registered nurse, including at least two years of adult or community education experience.
  • Hold national certification in specialty infusion nursing or vascular access.
  • Have two years of prior leadership experience in radiology.
  • Have good written and oral communication skills.
  • Have five years of experience in radiology, including two years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Have four years of nursing experience, including a minimum of two years in the area of specialty.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate nursing activities between multiple service areas of a department.
  • Provide care and/or service to neonate, pediatric, adolescent, adult, and geriatric patients.
  • Provide operational leadership and oversight for Interventional Pain and Spine Care.
  • Support the day-to-day operations and clinical workflows of three outpatient clinics located in Atlanta, Cherokee, and Forsyth.
  • Partner with Northside Gwinnett leadership on system initiatives, operational standardization, and process improvement efforts across all locations.
  • Provide hands-on management and direct oversight of campus supervisors and the phone nurse team.
  • Lead and maintain accountability for daily clinic operations.
  • Manage human resources and team development.
  • Lead quality initiatives.
  • Support service excellence.
  • Manage financial performance.
  • Support community and marketing engagement.
  • Travel regularly between Atlanta, Cherokee, and Forsyth to ensure operational consistency, team support, and clinical excellence.
Desired Qualifications
  • Have previous perinatal education management experience.
  • Hold an S.N. or M.N. degree.
  • Have experience with marketing and community relations.
  • Have previous diabetes coordinator or management experience.
  • Hold an S.N. or M.N. degree.
