About the company

REWE Group Austria runs supermarkets, discount stores and drugstores that sell groceries and everyday household goods to consumers. Organized under REWE International AG, it manages the Austrian business and international grocery operations elsewhere in Europe as part of the German REWE Group. The Austrian business traces its roots to a Vienna shop opened in 1953 and is headquartered in Wiener Neudorf, Lower Austria.
