Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute IT operational strategies
  • Provide leadership for Compliance, Information Security, Desktop Analyst, platform engineering, and Networking teams
  • Ensure compliance with PCI/SOX standards
  • Coordinate information security programs
  • Direct Desktop Analyst team
  • Lead Networking team
  • Manage vendor relationships
  • Develop and manage IT Operations budget
  • Establish and enforce IT policies and procedures
