  • Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google apps

Responsibilities
  • Take genuine care and responsibility for the entire workspace
  • Manage the Workplace order ticket system
  • Maintain accurate reporting information of seating charts and usage of space
  • Assist with security badging and access requirements
  • Support the Food and Beverage program where needed
  • Provide facility support for events and meetings
  • Promote a positive image for the company through efficient, courteous, and professional interactions
  • Review, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends and recommend solutions
  • Assist with internal communication
  • Collaborate with the EHS team
  • Respond to emergencies
  • Perform other duties as assigned
