Snowflake is looking for an adaptable, proactive, and diligent Workplace Coordinator. This is a full time onsite position in our Dublin office.

You will be an extremely thorough self-starter who possesses outstanding customer service & organizational skills, and who demonstrates diligence and attention to detail. You will be comfortable taking the initiative to drive results with minimal supervision, be solution-oriented, deal with ambiguity, rapid changes in priorities, and short deadlines, and have the ability to coordinate with multiple cross-functional internal and external stakeholders and vendors.
 
Reporting to the Workplace Supervisor you will perform a variety of office support functions and duties including:

• Take genuine care and responsibility for the entire workspace. You are accountable for keeping the office maintained, safe, and ready for use at all times for visitors, employees, customers, and guests.
• Manage the Workplace order ticket  system
• Maintain accurate reporting information of seating charts and usage of space.
• Assist with security badging and access requirements. 
• Support the Food and Beverage program where needed, includes coordinating daily lunch, tracking inventory, quality control etc.
• Provide facility support for events and meetings, including physical movement of furniture, equipment, boxes, and materials as needed; conference room set-ups, employee moves adds and changes, office and other supplies.
• Promote a positive image for the company through efficient, courteous, and professional interactions with colleagues, clients, and visitors
• Review, analyze, and interpret business data to identify trends and recommend solutions to improve overall employee experience
• Assist with internal communication. Develop content and draft Workplace communications for approval. Ensure timely distribution of all communications.
• ERT programs and security standards. Collaborate with the EHS team. Respond to emergencies.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• 3+ years of Workplace, Hospitality, or customer service
• Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite and Google apps
• Great communication skills.
• Able to work independently and effectively as part of a team
• Assuming responsibility without direct supervision.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment and handle interruptions with a positive, professional attitude.
• Extensive knowledge of business environment operations
