Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent coursework and work experience.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or Power BI.
  • Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex data sets and extract meaningful insights.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and other data analysis tools.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate findings clearly and concisely.
  • Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to accuracy and quality in research methodologies.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team in a deadline-driven environment.
  • Prior experience with market research methodologies, data analysis, or statistical modeling is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional attention to detail and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated with a drive to deliver actionable results.

Responsibilities
  • Monitor internal customer surveys to pinpoint areas for company performance improvement, leading the design and implementation of customer interviews to inform business objectives.
  • Prepare reports and presentations summarizing research findings, conclusions, and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
  • Leverage data visualization techniques to analyze research findings and data sets to identify patterns, trends, and key insights that translate research findings into actionable recommendations that drive strategic decision-making.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze inquiries, issues, complaints, or trends and develop strategic plans accordingly.
  • Actively advocate for the customer voice within the organization, presenting insights in a clear manner that fosters understanding and alignment across teams.
  • Ensure research studies (ongoing trackers and ad-hoc) are designed in a customer centric way.
