About the Company

Jukebox Health

Occupational-therapy home safety evaluations and installations

Jukebox Health provides in-home safety evaluations and modifications for seniors and people with mobility issues, coordinating product selection, delivery, and installation through licensed therapists and installers nationwide. An occupational therapist visits a home to assess risks, creates a personalized safety plan, and clients then choose the necessary products while Jukebox Health handles procurement and scheduling, with installers working directly with the evaluating OT. It differentiates itself by pairing clinical evaluation with a nationwide, vetted installer network that collaborates with the evaluator, and by offering financing options and potential insurance coverage. Its goal is to reduce fall-related injuries and help clients age in place by creating safer, individualized home environments.
