LONDON
Our office is located in Old Street, London’s tech hub. Our open-plan space is ideal for collaborative working. When you’re not doing what’s never been done, you can enjoy a team lunch on our large outdoor terrace, or join a yoga class in our dedicated stYudio.
THE ROLE
You will be the primary contact for the Brands when trading on the platform, responsible for empowering the partners with insights to enhance their performance. You will be focusing on both established and contemporary Brands with high growth potential. You will work in a team perceived by the Brands as professional with expert knowledge and trusted advisers in the industry.
WHAT YOU’LL DO
- You will maintain outstanding client relationships through communications and reporting
- You will combine those relationships with powerful insights to grow stock, help identify opportunities to grow and drive results
- You will make decisions that are commercially driven, understanding what drives business success and the factors that influence that success, while maintaining a client mindset to provide the best service to your Brands
- You will be accountable for the Brand performance and stock parity across a set of KPIs (including out of stock metrics) to measure partnership strength from both a Commercial and Operations perspective
- You will work with the Merchandising, Planning and Analytics function to ensure all recommendations and decisions are underpinned with data insights
- You will work with the Private Client function to drive sales for the top spending customer tier and secure Brand customised experiences
- You will manage complicated cross functional projects covering technology, operations, content and marketing workstreams, becoming a Subject Matter Expert on specific topic
WHO YOU ARE
- You are fluent in French (desirable)
- You are commercially minded - focus on business growth with the ability to work towards metrics and targets
- You have project management experience in technology / digital / e-commerce
- You have the ability to influence senior stakeholders internally and externally, with good negotiation skills
- You are able to effectively present with confidence by delivering a clear, engaging, and impactful message tailored to external and internal needs
- You have the ability to navigate in volatility and rapidly change the response to a situation in a timely and sustainable way when needed
