  • A bachelor's degree is required, or four years of applicable experience may be substituted.
  • Two years of applicable experience are required.
  • Ancillary application training and certification are required.
  • Demonstrated ability to successfully execute multiple assignments simultaneously in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities
  • Support one or more ancillary applications, which may integrate with Epic applications.
  • Collaborate with and provide tier-two support to the team and/or counterparts from other applications to meet development and implementation objectives for assigned applications.
  • Manage competing and changing priorities.
  • Serve under minimal supervision as project lead for key initiatives, including performing project management duties as assigned.
  • Develop, document, and adhere to internal procedures used with related applications and systems.
  • Interact professionally with leadership, faculty, staff, and vendors.
  • Perform application software build, configuration, and maintenance.
  • Assist with application software troubleshooting and information gathering.
  • Provide end-user support for software users.
  • Escalate software application issues as appropriate.
  • Design workflow diagrams to support technical and end-user processes.
  • Document and adhere to internal procedures and processes for maintaining data and system integrity.
  • Manage projects and initiatives supporting clinical, revenue cycle, and administrative operations.
  • Train staff on software use, including Epic integration workflows.
  • Offer and implement workflow- or technical-related enhancement ideas.
  • Function effectively as a team player while meeting or exceeding internal and external customer expectations.
  • Perform functional application testing according to instructions and test plans.
  • Test and support software, workflows, and relevant system interfaces.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
