Requirements
  • One to two years of clinical, nursing, or education experience is preferred.
  • Prior experience in clinical education or training is strongly preferred.
  • Strong leadership, organizational, and multitasking skills are required.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and data tracking is required.
  • Ability to travel frequently for training assignments is required.
  • Must be willing and able to travel within California and the United States.
  • Must be able to reliably commute to or relocate to Burbank, California.
Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and schedule in-house, virtual using Zoom, and field training for new clinicians.
  • Contact new clinicians to confirm training schedules and outline expectations for onboarding and field training.
  • Coordinate with Human Resources, Intake, Supplies, Quality Assurance, and Operations teams to ensure onboarding readiness.
  • Arrange flights and hotels for out-of-state trainings.
  • Conduct field training with clinicians in assigned territories across California and the United States.
  • Facilitate in-house and virtual clinical training sessions.
  • Support hands-on clinical skill development and procedural training.
  • Ensure that training checklists and onboarding milestones are completed.
  • Serve as a point of contact for clinician and provider education by phone and email.
  • Respond to incoming inquiries.
  • Support clinicians and providers during early onboarding with guidance, troubleshooting, and education.
  • Review patient charts and documentation for accuracy and compliance.
  • Provide structured feedback to clinicians and providers during their training period.
  • Create, update, and maintain training materials, checklists, and educational content.
  • Support development of structured education programs and continuing education unit and continuing medical education offerings.
  • Coordinate in-service training requests from facilities and internal stakeholders.
