Responsibilities
  • Conduct detailed inspections of products and materials using precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges.
  • Maintain accurate records of inspections, test results, and any deviations from quality standards. Prepare reports summarizing findings and recommendations.
  • Ensure that all products and processes comply with company and industry quality standards and specifications.
  • Identify and report non-conformities, defects, and other quality issues. Work with the supplier quality team to implement corrective and preventive actions.
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
  • Provide training and guidance on quality standards and inspection techniques.
  • Adhere to all safety protocols and guidelines to maintain a safe working environment.
