Requirements
  • Must be 18 years or older.
  • Prior experience in customer service, event staffing, or guest services preferred.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Friendly, positive attitude and professional appearance.
  • Ability to stand for extended periods and walk around the venue.
  • Availability to work nights, weekends, and holidays during the event season (August–March).
  • Must be comfortable working outdoors and in varying weather conditions.
  • All candidates must be authorized to work in the United States and successfully pass a criminal background check.
Responsibilities
  • Provide outstanding service to all guests attending athletic events.
  • Roles such as ushers and ticket takers, ensuring that each guest has a positive experience from the moment they arrive at the venue until they leave.
  • Direct guests to their seats, assisting with ticket scanning, answering questions, and ensuring that the venue is operating smoothly.
  • This is a customer-facing position, and you'll be expected to provide friendly and efficient service, creating a welcoming atmosphere for fans, families, and all attendees.
