About the job
- Willingness to work on-site at the Berlin (Prenzlauer Berg) office.
- Very good German and good English language skills.
- Vocational training as an IT specialist for system integration or an equivalent qualification; relevant practical experience is considered equally.
- Several years of experience administering Google Workspace.
- Knowledge of NinjaOne or comparable software such as Jamf or Intune.
- Knowledge of macOS, iOS, and Apple Business Manager.
- Basic knowledge of networking, ideally with UniFi.
- Manage Google Workspace users, groups, permissions, licenses, and security settings such as two-factor authentication.
- Set up accounts, laptops, and mobile phones for new employees; revoke access, secure data, and retrieve devices when employees leave.
- Manage all devices in NinjaOne and Apple devices additionally through Apple Business Manager.
- Maintain the office UniFi network and provide on-site assistance to colleagues.
- Standardize and document IT processes.
- Keep IT operations running smoothly in the Berlin office and, over time, support IT integration at newly acquired property management companies in coordination with the external IT partner, ensuring each site meets the company's standard.
