About the Role
- Provide comprehensive medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology care.
- Diagnose and treat a broad range of dermatologic conditions, including acne, psoriasis, rosacea, eczema, hair and nail disorders, and skin cancer.
- Perform skin cancer screenings, biopsies, excisions, and other general dermatologic procedures.
- Step into an established patient base while continuing to grow your own panel.
- Collaborate with an experienced clinical and administrative team.
- Contribute to the continued growth and success of the practice.
- Take on increasing leadership and practice management responsibilities as you progress toward partnership.
- Genuine opportunity to grow into a partner/owner role within the practice.
Qualifications
What We're Looking For
- Board-certified or board-eligible Dermatologist, MD or DO.
- Active California medical license (or eligibility to obtain).
- Interest in a long-term opportunity with openness to partnership/ownership.
- Comfort managing a full-scope medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatology caseload.
- Strong clinical judgment, leadership potential, and a patient-first mindset.
- Business-minded approach and interest in contributing to practice growth.
- Collaborative team player who is excited to build on an established practice.
