Requirements
  • At least 10 years of public affairs, communications, or federal consulting experience supporting military or civilian agencies.
  • A bachelor's degree in Journalism, Human Resources, Psychology, Business Management, or Business Administration, or 10 years of equivalent experience.
  • Experience in operational coordination, communications planning, personnel supervision, and Microsoft Office.
  • Proficiency in project management methodologies and tools.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Excel, Access, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Word; Adobe Acrobat, data analytics tools, and Visio.
  • Ability to work on-site in a secure federal environment.
  • U.S. citizenship is required.
  • Secret clearance eligibility is required.
  • An NDA is required.
Responsibilities
  • Act on behalf of the Program Manager when absent.
  • Support daily operations and manage task execution.
  • Coordinate staffing coverage.
  • Assist with quality control and performance reporting.
  • Lead daily communications operations and execution.
  • Provide deputy authority and staff oversight in Department of Defense environments.
  • Ensure continuity of operations, compliance, and quality assurance during the Program Manager's absence.
  • Support strategic communications, public affairs, outreach, and leadership messaging for Army Reserve headquarters.
  • Plan, develop, manage, and execute information, messaging, and engagement activities for internal and external stakeholders.
