Requirements
  • 4-6 years of professional experience in a product marketing (or similar) role
  • Direct experience in B2B SaaS and/or fintech
  • Experience with successfully launching new features/products
  • Experience developing strategic plans such as marketing plans, GTM launch plans, or campaign plans
  • Experience in data analytics and the ability to distill insights from research data, customer interactions and market feedback
  • Demonstrated success working cross functionally, interacting with leadership, and an ability to influence without authority
  • Analytical mindset—experience interpreting and summarizing data and gleaning actionable insights
  • Comfort navigating ambiguous situations and matrixed organizational structures, coupled with the agility to adapt and recalibrate strategies as necessary.
  • Adept at leading cross-functional plan execution and communication
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills

  • Driving both strategy and execution across the entire GTM lifecycle
  • Supporting growth in key business metrics
  • Orchestrating a high volume of product and feature launches
  • Helping to drive strategies for growth and retention
  • Leveraging creativity and research to provide differentiated and compelling positioning and messaging for our business
  • Efficiently balancing and coordinating multiple projects across various teams at once
  • Engaging and influencing cross-functional stakeholders
