Requirements
- A college graduate in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field is preferred, or equivalent relevant experience.
- Zero to two years of experience in Talent Acquisition, Human Resources, Recruitment, Administration, or a similar field is preferred.
- A basic understanding of scientific principles and concepts is preferred.
- An interest in the pharmaceutical, clinical research, medical device, CRO, or related life sciences industry is preferred.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams.
- Strong organizational and administrative skills.
- Good verbal and written communication skills and willingness to work with others to clearly understand needs and provide appropriate support.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to maintain accurate records.
- Ability to manage multiple routine tasks and prioritize work effectively.
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive candidate and company information appropriately.
- Ability and willingness to learn Talent Acquisition processes, systems, and applicable regional requirements.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a global and culturally diverse team.
Responsibilities
- Support the Talent Acquisition team in coordinating and administering recruitment activities, providing an efficient and positive experience to candidates, hiring managers, and internal stakeholders while ensuring recruitment activities and records are completed accurately and on time.
- Learn how the Talent Acquisition process progresses from requisition through onboarding, seeking guidance from senior team members as needed.
- Coordinate candidates, including scheduling interviews, communicating next steps, coordinating assessments, and following up on outstanding actions.
- Perform routine tasks in the Applicant Tracking System to maintain accurate and complete candidate and position information, seeking oversight when needed.
- Support the preparation and maintenance of job postings across applicable job boards, the internal career website, social media, and other recruitment platforms.
- Assist with reviewing candidate applications and resumes against basic position requirements and escalate questions or concerns to the appropriate Talent Acquisition team member.
- Support candidate sourcing through job boards, LinkedIn, internal databases, referrals, and other approved recruitment channels.
- Maintain accurate recruitment records, candidate documentation, interview information, and other position-specific records.
- Support preparation and coordination of HR screening and management interviews, including candidate communication and coordination as required.
- Support preparation and coordination of candidate assessments and ensure completed assessments and relevant documentation are recorded appropriately.
- Support recruitment-related pre-employment activities, including reference checks, background checks, right-to-work requirements, and other regional requirements as directed.
- Support offer preparation and onboarding coordination, ensuring required information is collected and communicated accurately.
- Direct candidate and employee inquiries about the MMS Employee Benefits program to the appropriate HR or Talent Acquisition team member.
- Escalate questions or concerns about applicable employment law and recruitment requirements, particularly those related to candidate selection and recruitment administration, to the appropriate HR or Talent Acquisition team member.
- Support the Human Resources team with recruitment reporting, tracking, and other administrative activities as required.
- Identify routine process or administrative issues and bring them to the attention of the appropriate Talent Acquisition team member or Line Manager.
- Begin leading HR screening interviews to assist in the United States and United Kingdom.

- Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems or recruitment platforms.
- Familiarity with clinical trials, pharmaceutical development, medical devices, or CROs.
