Requirements
  • A Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field is required.
  • At least 3 years of experience in sales enablement or a related role within a high-growth business-to-business software-as-a-service organization is required.
  • Experience in international markets is strongly preferred.
  • A proven track record of building and scaling enablement programs across multiple organizations and regions is required.
  • Experience building enablement solutions with artificial intelligence technology, such as Glean, Claude, or Gemini, is required.
  • Certification in at least one sales methodology, such as Challenger Sale, Force Management, Solution Selling, or Value Selling, is required.
  • Strong understanding of adult learning principles and instructional design methodologies is required to create engaging and effective learning experiences for a global audience.
  • Strong communication, presentation, facilitation, coaching, and influencing skills are required, along with the ability to build relationships and influence stakeholders at all levels across different cultures.
  • A customer-first, results-oriented, ownership-driven, and proactive approach to problem-solving in a fast-paced, ambiguous, and entrepreneurial environment is required.
  • Familiarity with customer relationship management platforms, such as Salesforce, and sales engagement tools used by global teams is required.
  • The applicant must be authorized to receive and access commodities and technologies controlled under U.S. Export Administration Regulations.
Responsibilities
  • Design and implement enablement strategies aligned with Motive's global sales objectives.
  • Adapt existing programs and create new solutions to address the specific needs of the Enterprise team.
  • Develop tailored enablement initiatives for direct and channel sales motions and for Business Development, Account Executive, and Account Manager roles.
  • Collect and synthesize field intelligence through call listening, individual and small-group interviews with representatives, conversational intelligence, and partnership with AI Operations and Quality Assurance teams.
  • Use field insights to refine enablement solutions and recommend interventions that close gaps or multiply successes.
  • Partner with global enablement professionals to support Enterprise field enablement, share resources, and promote continuous learning.
  • Own the end-to-end lifecycle of enablement initiatives, including planning, documentation, execution, and measurement.
  • Create new enablement solutions and adapt existing resources, including artificial intelligence tools, sales playbooks, product updates, competitive intelligence, and upselling and cross-selling best practices.
  • Lead large-scale live training and small-group coaching sessions and create engaging, interactive, and motivating learning environments for go-to-market teams.

The system unifies vehicle health data, repair workflows, and spending in one place, enabling teams to detect issues earlier and reduce downtime. According to Motive's research, 80% of fleet professionals cite rising maintenance and repair costs as their primary operational challenge. Organisations lose nearly nine days per vehicle annually to unplanned downtime, costing an estimated $448–760 per vehicle daily. The platform connects fault codes, inspections, maintenance workflows, and spend data in a single system. Only 13% of respondents reported well-integrated fleet management technology systems that share data automatically across platforms. Motive launches AI Coach in UK with custom avatars for automated driver feedback

Motive has launched AI Coach in the UK, an AI-powered platform that automatically delivers personalised driver coaching through AI-generated videos. Managers can select preset avatars or create custom avatars replicating their own face and voice. Motive launches edge AI to detect driver fatigue and collisions in real-time

Motive, an AI platform for physical operations, has launched new edge AI capabilities for driver safety, including AI-powered Fatigue Detection, Eating Detection and Collision Detection. The features aim to detect unsafe driving behaviours early and capture low-severity collisions often missed by telematics alone.
