As a Custom Software Engineer, your day involves creating tailored software solutions by designing, coding, and improving various components within systems or applications. You engage in collaborative environments that emphasize agile methodologies and modern development frameworks to ensure the delivery of scalable and efficient software. Your work is focused on meeting unique business requirements through innovative and high-quality software development practices, contributing to the overall success of the project and organization.

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions.
- Assist in the documentation and maintenance of software components to ensure long-term usability and support.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.
- Continuously evaluate and improve existing software to enhance performance and reliability.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Workday Core HCM.
- Strong experience in software development lifecycle and agile methodologies.
- Ability to design and implement scalable software components using modern frameworks.
- Familiarity with integration techniques and data management within enterprise systems.
- Problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and optimize software performance.
- Effective communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and stakeholders.

Additional Information:
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Workday Core HCM.
- This position is based at Client Onsite - Within India.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
