Requirements
  • High school diploma
  • Valid Alberta Class 5 driver’s license
  • Basic computer skills; comfortable navigating computer systems
Responsibilities
  • Report to the Supervisor, Warehouse Services
  • Facilitate the transportation of materials by couriering items to AMA locations, ensuring timely and accurate delivery for scheduled and on-demand requests
  • Safely handle and lift items weighing up to 30 kilograms independently
  • Oversee the receipt of materials from incoming vehicles, ensuring accurate inventory management
  • Document and track shipping and receiving transactions utilizing specialized software systems
  • Communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders to ensure seamless coordination
  • Assist a wide variety of building operation tasks to support AMA facilities, such as providing support to building operators and/or contractors
Desired Qualifications
  • Experience in a shipping/receiving or vehicle transport environment would be an asset
  • Experience with AI-powered tools like ChatGPT, Copilot, and similar platforms to work smarter, increase efficiency, and find better ways to get things done
