Maintenance Technician
Travel between Jacksonville-area clinic and property locations is required.
About the job
- Have hands-on maintenance experience; commercial or healthcare-environment experience is preferred.
- Be dependable, organized, and able to take ownership of the work.
- Be able to work independently and manage time effectively.
- Be comfortable traveling between locations.
- Communicate clearly and professionally.
- Have a driver's license.
- Be able to reliably commute to Jacksonville, Florida.
- Perform general maintenance and repairs, including plumbing, electrical work, basic heating, ventilation, and air conditioning, drywall, painting, and fixture repairs.
- Conduct routine inspections and preventive maintenance.
- Troubleshoot and resolve maintenance issues quickly.
- Coordinate with external vendors when specialized work is required.
- Support multiple clinic locations and commercial properties.
- Maintain clear maintenance records and communicate updates as needed.
- Ensure facilities meet safety and cleanliness standards.
- Three years of maintenance experience.
- Maintenance experience in commercial or healthcare environments.
