  • Legal authorization to work in the United States is required.
Responsibilities
  • Meet or exceed annual loan production goals established by the manager and the bank.
  • Obtain loan applications, interview clients, and analyze financial and related data to determine creditworthiness, pricing, and loan structure.
  • Review loan documentation, credit reports, financial statements, tax returns, title insurance commitments, and appraisals before closing to ensure completeness, accuracy, and compliance.
  • Monitor loan delinquency, identify credit problems, and manage loan accounts for documentation, performance, and the overall bank relationship.
  • Respond promptly to exception and compliance error reporting to prevent or minimize potential losses.
  • Keep current on federal and state lending regulations, loan programs, compliance requirements, and bank policies and procedures.
  • Participate in preparing and presenting commercial training sessions.
  • Respond to new loan requests by approving, declining requests within lending limitations, or submitting recommendations to the loan committee.
  • Assist commercial lenders with processing requests as needed.
  • Maintain open communication with the Commercial Loan Manager and promote team efforts.
  • Prepare month-end reports in a timely manner.
  • Complete assigned online training courses and achieve passing scores by the due dates.
  • Maintain regular and predictable on-site attendance during standard business hours.
  • Participate in community service and bank-sponsored activities that support the bank's mission and values.
  • Provide courteous and respectful internal and external customer service.
  • Comply with company policies, applicable laws and regulations, the Bank Secrecy Act, the Patriot Act, and Office of Foreign Assets Control requirements.
