Active, independent professional licensure in Oregon as an LCSW, LMFT, or LPC.
Deliver clinical care and incorporate client feedback into treatment.
Prefer a secure, supportive W-2 group environment over solo practice.

Responsibilities
Provide therapy and clinical care to clients.
Maintain a caseload of scheduled client appointments, with full-time schedules defined as 28 or more appointments weekly and an expected 22 completed sessions per week.
Coordinate comprehensive, whole-person care with community resources as appropriate.
Participate in optional individual and group peer consultations and collaborative peer groups, including groups focused on countertransference, specialized modalities, eating disorders, and working with children.
