Requirements

A technical school certificate or equivalent is required.
A minimum of three years of relevant experience in mechanical equipment repair and maintenance is required.
Relevant specialization may include mechanical aptitude, interpretation of drawings and schematics, precision measurement, computer skills, and assembly and disassembly of tools associated with down-hole equipment.

Responsibilities

Diagnose, repair, perform preventive maintenance on, and inspect down-hole tools and other equipment used in down-hole tool applications under general supervision.
Coordinate maintenance, repair, and calibration activities for down-hole tools and surface equipment.
Promote service excellence and customer satisfaction.
Provide guidance and mentoring to less experienced repair and maintenance personnel, and train and assist tool technicians.
Assist with training on lifecycle or legacy tool lines as a Train the Trainer.
Ensure duties are performed safely, efficiently, and effectively.
Assist in evaluating equipment and recommending improvements based on maintenance history.

Job Duties
