  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in the Retail industry, with at least 5 years in a senior leadership role within the ad tech, media, creative or technology space.
  • Strong understanding of the Retail industry, including trends, challenges, and opportunities.
  • A deep understanding of media channel strategy/trends, with an emphasis on Video (Linear TV, CTV, OLV) and Social.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive strategy for the Retail vertical, aligning with overall company goals and market trends.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the Retail sector, building strong relationships with key decision-makers and influencers.
  • Drive revenue growth by developing and executing sales and marketing strategies tailored to the Retail industry.
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing Retail clients, ensuring their needs are met and they are leveraging our technology to its fullest potential.
  • Monitor market trends, competitive landscape, and technological advancements to inform strategic decisions and identify growth opportunities.
  • Lead, mentor, and support an ancillary sales team of professionals, fostering a culture of innovation, collaboration, and excellence.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to ensure our solutions meet the specific needs of Retail clients.
  • Represent the company at industry events, conferences, and in media as a thought leader in the intersection of Retail and ad tech.
