Players at Mexico's leading casino destination set to enjoy a wealth of world-class content through Light & Wonder's content marketplace Winpot, the leading online casino for players and sports bettors in Mexico, has signed a content agreement with Light & Wonder, one of the biggest names in the global gaming industry. The agreement allows Winpot to roll out a deep catalogue of Light & Wonder titles, spanning online slots and table games that have proven their appeal with audiences across the world. The Light & Wonder content marketplace connects operators to thousands of games from both in-house and third-party studios through a single, regulatory-ready integration, with every game backed by a full suite of responsible gambling tools. For Winpot, the agreement is the latest move in a rapid rise that has turned the operator into one of the most popular brands in Mexico, with a loyal and growing player base. That profile has been lifted further by a national TV campaign fronted by brand ambassador Miroslava Montemayor, cementing Winpot's status as a recognisable household name across the country. Tsvetan Dzhurov, Commercial Manager at Winpot MX, said: "Light & Wonder needs no introduction. Its games are some of the most played anywhere in the world, and being able to offer them to its players is a real statement of where Winpot is heading. "We are relentless about giving Mexican players the very best the industry has to offer, and this agreement does exactly that. We can't wait for them to get their hands on Light & Wonder's content." Tatiana García Barrenechea, Commercial Director, LatAm at Light & Wonder iGaming, added: "Mexico is a market with enormous potential, and Winpot has built something very special there in a short space of time. Focus on Light & Wonder: LightWave Solar cabinet opens new segment of 'premium-for-sale' slot machines - CDC Gaming. Light & Wonder brings its premium LightWave experience to the for-sale segment with LightWave Solar, a new slot cabinet that gives operators increased flexibility with a distinctive presence on the gaming floor. The cabinet answers a request the company has heard repeatedly from customers, said Ryan Scott, senior vice president of product management and commercial strategy. "Customers for a long time have been asking for premium products that they could buy, and LightWave Solar essentially creates a new premium-for-sale segment," Scott said. "There are a lot of similar form factors in the market today, and we wanted to deliver something that feels truly differentiated while giving operators the flexibility they're looking for." LightWave Solar builds on the company's premium LightWave platform, but with a cabinet operators can purchase and configure across their floors. The cabinet features a 49-inch curved Ultra HD main display surrounded by a top-to-bottom micro-LED display that extends game-driven content beyond the primary screen. "When you incorporate into account the micro-LED display surrounding the screen, LightWave Solar delivers an effective 65-inch gameplay canvas on a 30-inch base," Scott said. "That allows us to create a much larger, more immersive visual experience while maintaining a standard footprint on the casino floor." Each LightWave Solar cabinet can operate individually, while its modular design gives operators the flexibility to configure cabinets in pods or banks featuring similar or mixed game themes. That allows a larger, more connected visual presentation without sacrificing floor space. LightWave Solar's first public appearance was at this spring's Indian Gaming Association tradeshow. In June, Peppermill Resort Spa Casino in Reno debuted Hot Trio Fiesta Caliente on the cabinet. It is the first game designed by Light & Wonder's Vivid Studio, based in Reno. The cabinet's initial game lineup also includes two titles in the Hot Hot Flaming Pot family and two in the Purrates family, whose main characters are feline swashbucklers. The content library will expand, with additional titles to be showcased at the Global Gaming Expo starting Sept. 29 in Las Vegas. "We have a strong roadmap for LightWave Solar that brings together proven premium mechanics, established franchises, and new content designed specifically for the cabinet," Scott said. "Huff n' Puff is a natural fit for the platform, and we have a number of additional titles coming in the back half of the year." Light & Wonder's planned G2E lineup for the cabinet includes Huff n' Puff titles, games incorporating mechanics from the Kong family, and the proprietary title Very Very Vikings. The expanding portfolio is designed to pair recognizable mechanics with new characters and game experiences developed specifically for LightWave Solar's extended display. Scott said the combination of content and hardware will appeal to a broad range of players, with a lighting package visible across the floor and gameplay that draws attention beyond the individual player. While the premium-style presentation makes LightWave Solar seem a natural fit for high-limit areas, Scott said, the distinction between those and the main casino floor has blurred as operators introduce more mid- and high-denomination games into their broader slot mix. "Whether it's placed on the main floor or in a high-limit area, LightWave Solar is designed to command attention," Scott said. When the cabinets are grouped together, their extended displays create an even larger visual presence, effectively providing built-in signage and enabling game-driven content to extend beyond the individual machines. For operators, Scott said the complete LightWave Solar package, which includes the cabinet, sign, and base, allows straightforward integration on the floor. "LightWave Solar gives operators a premium experience they can own with the flexibility to configure it in a way that works for their floor," he said. "It's a different approach to the traditional for-sale cabinet and gives them another way to bring premium content and presentation to their players."
